Let it be known that I like to shop. And like any other gal I like to share my most fabulous finds with my friends. Well this one was too good to resist. Can I first just tell you how much I love etsy. I can not believe all the talented folks that are out there. I love it because it makes it easy to find all the things that I only WISH I could make for my kids. Case in point. This adorable peek-a-boo blanket I stumbled across by She & Me Designs. I just KNEW I had to have it for the little guy’s first birthday. It is beyond cute. I can only imagine that he will get years of enjoyment out of this blanket. Not only can he snuggle with it, but he can play peek-a-boo with it. In more than one sense of the word. He’s going to love lifting up all the brightly colored flaps to find the adorable animals and letters underneath. This is perfect! I have been wanting to get the babycakes something more personal for his first birthday that he would have for years. This fit the bill. I knew the second I saw it that this is what I had been looking for. I had to get it for him and I can not wait to give it to him! I had all I could do to resist giving it to him now just so I could share pictures of him playing with it.
She & Me Designs is the maker of this blanket. The shop happens to belong to an wonderful fellow blogger Stacy from KidsStuffWorld and her mother in law Linda. These are two incredibly talented ladies (not to mention very sweet). This blanket is so well made and there is so much detail in it I don’t know where to begin. I really wish I could show you pictures of Mr. C playing with it because I know he’s going to love it so much but it is suppose to be a surprise.
