I can not tell you how happy I was to have these two boxes of HUGGIES Slip-On diapers show up at my doorstep.

I have a 19 month old that will. not. sit. still. I’m sure you can imagine what diaper changes are like at our house? I’m talking legs flailing arms waving trying to push my hands out of the way while I try to keep his hands out of…well…the mess. Sufficient to say they include a lot of “nooo’s” (both on his part and on mine). Imagine my excitement when I was asked to give HUGGIES Little Mover Slip-Ons a try. Any diaper that is suppose to make diaper changes easier is worth trying in my book.
I must admit I was skeptical at first. I wasn’t sure any step into - pull up type diaper would be as effective as a “regular diaper”. I was wrong. With their stretchy sides that require no adjusting these slip-ons are great! Most of the time the little guy doesn’t even need to lie down which is a huge win in his book. The first time I showed him the HUGGIES Slip-Ons and explained the deal he said “coo” (aka: Cool) They look extremely comfortable on him too.
Thankfully the back is labeled on these little diapers as in my typically sleep deprived state the first time I used them was an “oh shoot, what is front what is back” moment. As I flipped the diaper over I saw it clearly labeled ‘Back’. THANK YOU HUGGIES for thinking of all us sleep deprived, caffeine deprived Mommas when you designed this diaper.
Now, since we are talking diapers, we have to talk dirty diapers. How can I not? Again, I have to admit I was a little nervous for that first, shall we say, ‘loaded’ diaper. As I put the Slip-Ons on him for the first time I couldn’t help but think, how am I ever going to get this diaper off without a mess? Of course the little man did load that first diaper (oh boy did he load it) and at changing time I was pleasantly surprised to see not only can you pull these diapers off so they can step out of them, but that when the moment calls for it, they come off just like any other diaper. They are actually pre-fastened on the sides so it’s much like you are already used to. Phew! Again, THANK YOU HUGGIES! ( I must admit I was worried there for a minute). How do they do that? I am also happy to share with you that, to date, we have no leaks.
