Hi All! Seeing as it’s Mother’s Day I’m taking a break from Sweet Sundays. However, if you were really looking forward to it and are a bit bummed it’s not making an appearance this week I’ve got you covered. Check out this post from earlier in the week. Even if you aren’t looking for a recipe, you won’t be disappointed with the eye candy that are the photos in that post. I (think) I almost outdid myself with the camera skills on that one!
What I do want to do today is wish all my Mom friends (yes, that would be you) a very Happy Mother’s Day!
Aside from Mother’s Day we’ve also got my stepson’s birthday this weekend so we are a busy bunch! M’s love of basketball is insatiable at the moment so I tried my hand at a basketball cake. Not to shabby if I do say so myself :)
The highlight was definitely the box of balloons we gave him :)
I know! Who gives their kids a box of balloons right? Don’t worry…they were filled with money!
He’s saving for a kindle.
These are our three ‘big kids’. The babes couldn’t keep himself awake and he manages to find his way into most of the blog anyway so I’m giving these three a little face time.
