The best way to spend family time on a weekend in the summer? Blueberry picking of course. We love it so much we often go multiple times throughout the season. This year was Mister C’s first time picking blueberries and oh boy did he love it. His idea of picking…straight out of our bucket.
Eventually he got the hang of it and decided that eating them off the bush worked too.
I think in every picture I snapped he was eating blueberries.
Of course Big Brother is the expert picker around here. He knows just how to find the blueberry “jackpot”. And, seeing as he didn’t have the “helper” we did, he was able to fill his bucket a bit faster.
It was Little E’s first time blueberry picking too but I suspect next summer he will enjoy it more. I’m sure he thought it was grossly unfair that we were all eating and he was not.
