Confession… I love to shop. Sometimes I wish I didn’t, but I do. Having two little ones under the age of two however, has put recreational shopping on a bit of a back burner. I’m sure you can imagine then why I was so thrilled to be approached to check out the new Spark Studio site by Walmart.
This post is sponsored by Walmart Labs but, as always, written by me.
All opinions are 100 % my own.
Have you seen it yet? It’s got a fun, chic, hip look to it which admittedly is much prettier to look at than the traditional Walmart site.
Spark Studio is the fun, new, and exciting way to shop Walmart. They have created an innovative shopping experience that will give you the opportunity to shop how you want to. Inspired by Walmart shoppers, you can find and select items crowd-sourced by Pinterest users. Find something you like? Pin it, or purchase the item through Walmart.com.
I should mention I am also a lazy shopper. I’m not one who likes to dig through sale racks. I’m the one that will head straight for those pretty items on display. (More than likely I’m a marketer’s dream). It has to be in my face and easy to find. I won’t hunt it down. I think that’s another reason I’m liking Spark Studio so much. I can easily “browse” by category or color choice or even top pinned items. That’s pretty cool. The most popular items as defined by people (probably many Moms) just like me are right there in front of my face. To complete the experience, I just created a board on Pinterest with my favorites and whenever I have the extra cash to make a purchase I know right where to go!
With Spark Studio, you can browse and shop products by:
-
Inspirations- Items by Walmart shoppers on Pinterest
-
Fashion and Beauty- Discover must-haves from Walmart shoppers
-
For the home- Solutions and ideas from Walmart fans
-
Babies- Search the top picks from Pinterest moms
-
Pets- Find everything you will need for your pet
-
Playtime- A collection of items to entertain the whole family
Here’s a peak at a few of my favorite things so far…
For the Home
Hey… those 8X8 square frames are hard to come by. I had no idea Walmart had those! If I hadn’t been ‘window shopping’ on Spark Studio. I never would have found them. You have no idea how excited I am about that find! Not to mention that chair that I have to have!
Something just for me for fun that I found when browsing the site by the color violet…
I need something to wear while splashing in puddles with the little guy!
And speaking of the little guy, we can’t forget the Babies…
Now how perfect is that rolling under the bed box to store toys in under the boys’ cribs!! I think I’m ordering one (or two) as soon I I’m finished here.
And there’s cool stuff I would have never known Walmart had, like this rug, if I hadn’t been looking for things under the category green…

So there you have it. I’m finding even more things as I write this as (being the queen of multitasking) I have another browser window open to Spark Studio still because I can’t stop looking for cute stuff. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself.
