Simply Slow down…
move at a child’s pace
and
linger a little longer
With the sun shining and the temperatures climbing we’ve been heading to the park any chance we can. When there, I have not minded one bit to follow the lingering pace of my 2.5yr old. It’s been kind of nice to not have any particular agenda.
This week I’m focusing more on simply lingering. Enjoying the outdoors, the fresh air and the beauty that is spring unfolding (with no particular agenda other than to just enjoy it).
I’m linking this Sunday’s post, just as I did with last week’s to the Simple Things Sunday photography share. I hope you’ll stop by and see how others are taking time to capture & enjoy the simple things.
It is so nice to get back to the park! I can’t believe how magical spring seems every year, but especially after this winter. I hope mother nature takes her time getting to the heat of summer. π
My sentiments exactly! I feel like this has been the longest winter ever! Thanks for stopping by and saying hi.
I read an article a few months back about slowing down and enjoying the pace your kid has instead of rushing them through life. I really loved it and I always try to keep it in mind. You only get one life, might as well savor it!

I love this Jen – the photo, the sentiments. Going to take a cue from this post and slow down this week! π
